How to select and edit multiple credentials

Windows

To select and edit more than one credential at the same time, you can either:

  • Click inside the area and move your pointer in order to draw a rectangle and release the click button: all credentials inside the rectangle will be included in the selection.
  • Hold CTRL on your keyboard and click on each credential you want to select.
  • Select all items which are in a category by expanding the category and clicking on the “Options” button in the header banner of the category. Note that this can only be done on Windows

How to edit

When the credentials are selected, right-click on one of them to show the action menu (or click in the “Options” button ). You will be able to:

  • Open them in your default browser
  • Change their category
  • Delete them
  • Share them securely using the Sharing Center
  • Enable or disable Auto-Login for these credentials

Mac OS X

To select and edit more than one credential at the same time, you can either:

  • Click inside the area and move your pointer, in order to draw a rectangle, and release the click button so all credentials inside that rectangle will be included in the selection;
  • Hold CMD ⌘ on your keyboard and click on each credential you want to select.

How to edit

When you have your credentials selected, right-click on one of them to show the action menu.

You will be able to:

  • Open them in your default browser
  • Change their category
  • Delete them
  • Share them securely using the Sharing Center
  • Enable or disable Auto-Login for these credentials
